Enterprise Account Executive – AI / ServiceNow SaaS EMEA
UK based Remote (US based Company) £105-150K Base + Double OTE (!) + Equity.
Value Added Recruitment are delighted to be working with this early-stage, venture cap backed AI start-up transforming how enterprises develop, implement and manage ServiceNow environments. Founded by leaders who previously helped build AI solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the business is already working with several Fortune 500 organisations and leading global systems integrators. The company is entering a significant growth phase ahead of its next funding round.
This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the first commercial hires, helping define the go-to-market strategy for a category-defining AI platform while benefiting from meaningful equity participation at an early stage.
The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle for a groundbreaking autonomous AI platform designed to automate ServiceNow development and delivery.
You'll engage directly with enterprise customers, ServiceNow stakeholders, consulting partners, and digital transformation leaders to demonstrate how AI can dramatically accelerate implementation timelines, improve delivery quality, and reduce reliance on traditional consulting models.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
