ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – AI SAAS

Compensation: £90k – £120k Base + Uncapped Commission
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Recent experience selling six-figure SaaS or AI deals into enterprise is mandatory.

About the Opportunity

This company builds specialist AI that changes how the world's largest enterprises manage, negotiate and get value from their contracts. It was born out of an AI research lab 10 years ago and has built its own models on years of proprietary data. Its leadership has scaled world-class AI companies before, through to multi-billion-dollar IPOs. It is now building out a dedicated enterprise team to go after the world's biggest accounts.

Why This Role is Exciting

  • Huge Deal Sizes: Six- and seven-figure ACVs (annual contract value)
  • Uncapped Earnings: One deal can deliver several times your annual quota. Last year's top performer earned well into seven figures.
  • Proven Enterprise Traction: Recent wins include a Fortune 50 healthcare group, a global pharma leader, energy majors, a global electronics brand and one of the world's most advanced aerospace companies.
  • Unmatched Product: Its own AI, built over a decade, keeps beating the build-it-yourself option at highly technical companies.
  • Hypergrowth: Revenue has doubled year-on-year for two years in a row, and headcount has grown by about 40% in the last year.
  • Ground-Floor Opportunity: It's a newly formed enterprise team with new structure and process under a new go-to-market (GTM) leadership team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
