Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA & DACH Region

Location: London (Hybrid) + Travel

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales presence across EMEA, with a primary focus on the DACH region. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from landing net-new enterprise accounts to retaining and expanding them into strategic, multi-year partnerships.

You will lead a technical sell into engineering leaders, developer teams, and accessibility specialists, demonstrating how our AI-enabled accessibility platform integrates directly into CI/CD pipelines and modern workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for net-new enterprise logos across EMEA, specialising in the DACH market.
  • Expand Accounts: Execute land-and-expand strategies, driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across complex organisations.
  • Technical Selling: Engage directly with developers, engineering leads, and DevOps teams to demonstrate concrete technical and business value.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security processes to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute compelling POCs and account strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
