AssessFirst is entering an exciting new phase of international growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion across the UK.

At AssessFirst, we help organisations look beyond experience by using AI-powered talent intelligence to predict performance, motivation and long-term success. We believe recruitment should be more objective, inclusive and focused on potential rather than polished applications.

Today, over 3,500 organisations across 40+ countries trust AssessFirst to make smarter hiring and talent decisions.

We’re a team of 110+ people with ambitious plans to become a global leader in talent intelligence.

The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Account Executive (UK), you’ll lead new business acquisition across the UK Enterprise market, building relationships with senior HR leaders and helping organisations transform how they hire and develop talent.

This is a genuine new logo role with significant market opportunity and the chance to shape our UK growth strategy.

Win New Enterprise Customers

  • Prospect and develop strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline
  • Own complex sales cycles from first meeting through to contract signature

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and commercial negotiations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
