The Team 🧑 🤝 🧑
You will be a founding member of an enterprise sales motion spanning EMEA and APAC markets. You’ll be reporting to Jonathan, Head of Enterprise Sales for EMEA & APAC, and working closely with other senior and experienced AEs to generate high-quality pipeline and strategize on key deals.
Team Goals 🎯
We’re aiming to triple our ARR over the next three years and you will be a big part of that! We’ve challenged ourselves to work on the most complex, exciting, and high-value deals. We create strategies, we build account maps, and we multi-thread our way up the ladder to the key decision-makers.
You will be providing value to our clients in the most complete and all-encompassing way. We work closely with our prospects to understand their needs, conceptualize possible future workflows for them, and plan so that UpSlide’s impact on their business is maximized.
Your Responsibilities 🖋️
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll work directly with prospective clients to learn their unique needs and consult on how UpSlide can help solve their business challenges. Your responsibilities in a nutshell:
- Build a high-value sales pipeline by prospecting, attending events, networking, and cold outreach
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, present solutions, and discuss project scope, timelines, and objectives
- Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads
- Develop Mutual Action Plans with opportunities
- Expertly deliver across all stages of the sales cycle
- Manage complex procurement, commercial, and legal processes to close new business
- Navigate long-term strategic engagements while implementing quick wins to shorten the sales cycle
- Work with Sales Leadership to optimize our sales processes and the overall strategy

At UpSlide, we have a career path designed with your growth in mind. For this AE role, we’d expect to see you:
- Establish strong lines of communication between pre-Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product
- Contribute to new market strategies, demonstrate our unique value proposition, and establish key competitive differentiators
Your Goals ⚡
- Mastering our product/offering through onboarding and delivering on an early-stage pipeline within three months
- Scale up your enterprise motion to the extent that you’re closing top new logos in six months
- Consistently executing on a robust and high-value pipeline whilst also contributing to the continued improvement of the EMEA sales strategy by six months
You Are a Great Fit If You Have:
- At least 5 years of experience closing deals
- A competitive hunter mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
- Have experience in prospecting and originating qualified opportunities alongside your peers and Marketing channels
- Experience selling B2B enterprise technology/software
- A consistent track record of managing a sales pipeline and achieving objectives
- Strong organization and project management skills
- A consultative, solution-selling approach to sales
- Confidence presenting and speaking with senior-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and goal-driven mindset

Recruitment Process
Successful candidates will progress through stages where they’ll meet local team members, the CCO, and the Deputy CEO.
