Enterprise Account Executive – Manufacturing ERP

Location: UK – Remote / Hybrid

Package: £90,000–£120,000 Basic + Double OTE + Benefits

Industry: ERP Software / Manufacturing Technology

I'm supporting a global ERP software vendor with the appointment of an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help drive continued growth across the UK manufacturing market.

This is a net-new business role for a proven ERP salesperson who knows how to identify, develop and close complex opportunities with mid-market and enterprise manufacturing organisations. The business has an established ERP platform, an international customer base and a strong footprint across manufacturing. They are continuing to invest in their commercial organisation and are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will ideally have a successful track record selling ERP or closely related enterprise software into manufacturing organisations. Experience within ecosystems such as IFS, Infor, QAD, SYSPRO, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Aptean, Priority or similar would be highly relevant.

More important than the specific ERP platform is your ability to demonstrate:

  • Strong new-logo performance
  • Consistent quota attainment
  • Significant software/ERP deal wins
  • Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
  • The ability to engage credibly at C-suite level

This is an excellent opportunity for an established ERP salesperson who wants to join a growing international software organisation with significant ambitions within Manufacturing.
