£80,000 - £110,000 base dependent on experience + uncapped commission & kickers Lucrative ramp commission scheme 26.5 days annual leave and a supportive, high-growth environment Remote (England)

An uncapped commission, genuine flexibility, and the chance to work with a product that is actually reshaping how regulated industries operate. If you want a role where your deals make a visible impact and your pipeline is fuelled by solid marketing and SDR support, this is it. You will have the freedom of a remote-first setup with travel when it counts, and a team that treats high performance like an expectation, not a buzzword.

This is a move for someone who knows how to sell properly, not pitch decks and promises. You will be selling tech that already has the attention of global consultancies and enterprise brands, so you will walk into conversations where buyers are switched on and outcomes matter. If you want more autonomy, more senior conversations, and more control over your earnings, you will find it here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
