Enterprise Account Executive
£80,000 – £100,000 basic | £150,000 OTE year one | £200,000+ OTE year two

The Role
You’ll focus purely on winning new enterprise clients and complex advisory engagements across Transformation & Change Programmes, Strategic & Operational Advisory and Large-Scale Business Improvement Initiatives. An average deal is £150k with several deals worth £1m+ last year. For the sector, sales cycles are pretty short at around 2-3 months on average. They have significant exposure and success across Banking and FS with expansion moving into Utilities, Gaming and Consumer Credit.
The Person
They’re open on background — but you must bring:
- Experience selling into large enterprise organisations
- Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record of £100k+ deal values
- Strong consultative discovery and value-based selling
Great backgrounds include:
- Professional Services / Consulting
- Managed Services
- Transformation or Strategic Programmes
