We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Inbound Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.
In this role, you'll manage enquiries from large enterprise organisations, helping prospective customers navigate their certification and compliance requirements. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build relationships with senior stakeholders, develop tailored solutions, and manage opportunities through to conversion.
What that means day to day
- Manage inbound sales enquiries from new enterprise-level customers, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and communication throughout the sales process representing ISOQAR professionally
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses via client and third-party portals, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals that clearly address client needs and position ISOQAR competitively
- Conduct thorough discovery with prospective clients to gather business process information and understand their certification, compliance, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify the most suitable products, services, and audit approaches
- Utilise internal systems and industry guidelines to accurately establish audit scopes and durations
- Manage and maintain a structured pipeline of sales leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, proposal activity, and pipeline progression within the CRM system
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant industry standards, accreditation requirements, and sector-specific regulations

What you’ll need to be successful
Essential
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or enterprise sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and responding to tenders or RFPs
- Strong proposal-writing and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales activity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach
Desirable
- Experience within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector
- Knowledge of certification, compliance, or auditing services
