Retail Media and Measurement SaaS London (Hybrid)

About the company

Consumer brands spend millions sending shoppers to retailers like Tesco, Boots and Amazon, and then lose sight of them the moment they click. My client fixes that.

They're a fast-growing London measurement tech company. Their platform shows CPG brands what shoppers actually do on retailer websites after they click an ad: what they view, add to basket and buy. It needs no retailer integration. Brands use it to prove what their media really sells, cut wasted spend, and feed real conversion signals back to Meta, Google and TikTok.

They've already worked with some of the world's biggest consumer brands, including Coca-Cola, P&G, Reckitt, L'Oréal, Beiersdorf (NIVEA), Kenvue and Carlsberg. The platform is live in markets across five continents, with proven results such as triple-digit conversion uplifts and big cuts in wasted media spend.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

This is a founding Enterprise AE role: one of the first two enterprise sellers in the business. Both are being hired at the same time to build the enterprise function from the ground up. You'll work closely with the CEO and C-suite on the company's largest opportunities, and help shape how they sell to global CPG brands.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside the CEO and leadership team on the biggest enterprise deals in the pipeline
  • Build new business with large CPG brands in a largely white-space territory, plus early opportunities handed over by the CEO
  • Sell consultatively to heads of digital, eCommerce, shopper marketing and media
  • Run paid pilots and turn them into annual licences
  • Expand accounts across sister brands, retailers and markets
  • Help write the enterprise playbook with the second founding AE: messaging, process and pricing
  • Feed market insight back into product and strategy

What you'll bring

  • Enterprise sales experience in retail media, performance marketing, adtech or measurement
  • Credible relationships with CPG brands at marketing, eCommerce or media leadership level
  • A clear understanding of how retail media budgets are set and signed off
  • A track record of closing complex deals over a roughly six-month cycle
  • Experience winning new logos and turning pilots into contracts
  • Early-stage or founding-team experience is a strong plus
