Enterprise Account Executive
Our client is a global HR technology company with an annual revenue exceeding £1 billion, the company is entering an exciting period of rapid growth and expansion over the coming year.
They are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and commercially driven Enterprise Account Executive to play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of winning high-value enterprise deals whilst engaging and influencing C-level executives, and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across some of the world’s largest organisations.
This is a remote-based role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects, including CHROs and senior HR decision-makers
- Present HR technology solutions and demonstrate their value to enterprise organisations
- Understand human resources challenges and position solutions that meet customer needs
- Manage enterprise opportunities throughout the sales cycle and progress deals to close
- Negotiate and close deals with CHROs, senior HR leaders, and procurement teams
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a strong customer experience
- Consistently achieve sales targets and drive enterprise revenue growth
- Share insights on HR technology trends, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular sales forecasts

The Successful Candidate
- A minimum of 5 years’ track record in SaaS sales
- Experience working in HR technology is beneficial
- Proven ability to sell into large enterprise organisations (10,000+ employees)
- Proven success in generating and developing new business opportunities
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior HR decision-makers (CHRO or similar)
- Proven success managing and closing six-figure enterprise deals

Enterprise Account Executive
- Basic Salary: up to £115,000
- OTE: x2
