Enterprise Account Executive @ Gradient Labs (London)

At Gradient Labs, we’re building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Our agents automate the most complex, high-stakes customer queries and tasks safely at scale.

Founded in 2023, we’ve rapidly transitioned from an idea to a growing team with customers you know—and likely love. We’re purpose-built for regulated industries where outcomes matter.

We’re a small yet powerful team, consisting of builders from leading companies like Monzo, Wise, Mastercard, Revolut, and Google.

We’re hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to join our founding go-to-market (GTM) team in London. This role is ideal for someone who excels in early-stage, high-growth B2B AI and SaaS startups, ideally possessing a network in London and Europe, and capable of working with the agility and autonomy expected in such environments.

About the Role

  • Shape how we sell: You’ll be early enough to define our sales approach, replacing inherited playbooks with a tailored, dynamic strategy.
  • Own the full cycle: Generate your pipeline, conduct impactful customer discovery, manage intricate enterprise procurement processes, negotiate, and close deals.
    • Lead with our AI support platform and incorporate back-office automation strategically during conversations.
  • Collaborate with AI Delivery: Sales at Gradient Labs operates as a team sport. Our AI Delivery team helps customers implement solutions and deepen their engagement. You’ll collaborate seamlessly with them through every stage of the pipeline.
  • Build high-stakes relationships: Engage with C-suite executives and senior leaders in operations or product at some of the most innovative financial services companies. Serve as a trusted advisor on the complexities of customer operations within regulated environments.
  • Define the motion: Co-design with the Head of GTM and the team on sales processes, qualification frameworks, and account strategies. What resonates will shape our future selling approach.
  • Be a product evangelist: Deliver compelling live demos, customised presentations, and thought leadership on AI customer operations. Feedback from these engagements fuels continuous development in product engineering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
