Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for managing key accounts that generate significant revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding valuable relationships with customers. They will research and pursue new business opportunities and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.
  • Develop sales opportunities, identify decision-makers, and build champions at CMO, COO, and CTO level.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients/prospective clients' needs to deliver value and exceed expectations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them.
  • Enhance knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • Seek feedback at every opportunity to be the best you can be, from leaders, peers, and clients.

Who You Are

  • One of the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division with a record of accomplishment.
  • Incredibly smart and demonstrate great EQ.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise software sales experience.
  • Successful in building relationships.
  • Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution.
  • Understands and embraces the Sprinklr mission and vision.
