Spectrum Search Partnership Opportunity
Spectrum Search is partnered with a rapidly scaling AI technology company transforming how mid-market and enterprise businesses manage their financial operations. The company has built an AI-native ERP platform designed to automate complex accounting workflows and is now expanding its commercial team across the US and UK.
This is an opportunity to join a well-funded, high-growth business at an early stage of its commercial journey, taking ownership of complex enterprise sales while helping shape the sales playbook alongside the founding team.
About the Opportunity
The company is modernising a huge but traditionally legacy-driven software category, using AI agents and real-time workflows to automate accounting processes from data entry through to financial close. The platform supports complex, high-volume organisations across multiple entities and currencies, with customers ranging from growing mid-market businesses through to publicly listed enterprises.
Having already secured significant institutional backing and built strong early commercial traction, the business is now investing heavily in scaling its enterprise sales organisation. You will join a fast-moving environment where high performers are given significant autonomy, responsibility, and opportunities for progression.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle, selling a transformative AI-powered finance platform into mid-market and enterprise organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
