Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
Reports to: SVP of Global Sales

Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to build and expand relationships with enterprise customers across the ServiceNow Ecosystem. This is a foundational role within a growing go-to-market organisation. You will be responsible for generating awareness, developing pipeline, creating strategic account plans, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise organisations across a range of enterprise software environments. This is an opportunity to help shape the sales strategy, customer engagement model, and market presence for an emerging enterprise automation solution. You will work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to position the business as a trusted partner in intelligent enterprise automation.

- Develop and execute regional growth strategies focused on enterprise customer acquisition across EMEA.
- Build and manage strategic account plans targeting large enterprise organisations.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and cross-functional teams to develop compelling business and technical value propositions.
- Identify, qualify, and manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
- Understand customer priorities relating to digital transformation, software delivery, automation, quality assurance, release management, and operational efficiency.
- Engage technical and executive stakeholders to position the organisation as a strategic technology partner.
- Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes involving multiple business and technical decision-makers.
- Monitor, analyse, and communicate pipeline performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to leadership.
- Build relationships with implementation partners, technology partners, and other strategic stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Support long-term customer success and account growth following initial implementation.
- Develop business cases that clearly demonstrate commercial value and return on investment.
- Participate in ongoing product, market, and sales enablement programmes to maintain strong industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity within the company's CRM platform.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Experience and Skills required
- Minimum five years experience selling enterprise SaaS, automation, DevOps, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in generating and developing new business opportunities within enterprise organisations.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles across the EMEA region.
- Experience engaging both executive-level and technical stakeholders throughout the buying process.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience selling into enterprise IT, software engineering, quality assurance, testing, automation, or related technology functions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Desirable Experience
- Existing relationships within other enterprise technology ecosystems, Workday, etc.
- Experience selling DevOps, software testing, CI/CD, automation, workflow management, or related enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience working within a high-growth business unit or startup environment.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, intelligent software quality, or related emerging technologies.
