Job title: Enterprise Account Executive - Insurtech
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary guide: £100,000-£130,000 base x2 OTE + Equity

The business is already working with 3 of the top 10 global brokers (over $150B combined market cap) — that's exceptional traction for a business at this size.
As a founding GTM Enterprise hire — you'll be one of the early members of the commercial team. You'll help shape the entire GTM function and grow alongside the company from day one.

Ideal experience you will have:
- 4+ years experience selling Enterprise SaaS into Insurance or Financial Services
- Start-up/Scale-up experience is essential. You excel in environments where processes aren't fully mapped out yet. You are self-directed and highly autonomous.
- Leverage a defined sales methodology like MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology
- Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Strong analytical background who is driven by business/customer outcomes with a growth mindset
- Ability to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needs
- Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure
