Three things AE’s tell me are the most important to them when considering a new role - a strong product market fit; consistent quota attainment across the team & a growing AI-led business. If that resonates then read on, as this opportunity ticks all three boxes.
This venture-backed, privately held AI business is on a seriously positive trajectory - they’re on track to reach unicorn status within the next couple of years. They have all the right trademarks; perfect product market fit; a unique proposition; amazing Enterprise logos to reference as case studies & an all-star leadership team who come with significant experience of scaling AI/SaaS businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Here's the really impressive bit. You'd be joining an Enterprise sales team of 12 AE's - all of whom are achieving 100%+ of their quotas! So, when they say a double OTE, they actually mean it. That level of attainment also naturally breeds an energetic, competitive culture, where you’ll learn from your peers through osmosis.
We’re looking for the best Enterprise sellers in the market to complement the team - you should already have proven that you can close large, complex deals, ideally within an agile, scaleup environment. For reference, their AOV is £300k-£350k ACV with an average sales cycle of 6-9 months – and their solution is industry agnostic.
