Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years selling enterprise solutions, with a proven track record of managing accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets at the enterprise level across the territory.
- Customer Engagement: Consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across various stages simultaneously and pivot dynamically during meetings.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Internal Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build strong internal partnerships across key business units, stakeholders, and sales operations teams.
- Core Competencies & Adaptability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high resilience, flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to working both independently and as a team player.
- Domain Interest: A passion for sales and technology, with a strong interest in cloud security and cybersecurity solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
- Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams.
- Ability to build great internal partnerships with key business units and their stakeholders.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience specifically selling within the cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate business growth.
- Sales Methodology: Deep understanding and practical application of structured sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
About the Job
In this role, you will report to Anna Barker, Regional Sales Director. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers' business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud and AI environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of the Wiz Platform and the value it delivers to our customers and prospects across NSW Government and Universities.
- Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CxO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights.
- Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values.
- Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
- Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives.
