TL;DR

As Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound and technical discovery to demo, evaluation, and close, engaging AI engineers and architects as a technical peer while driving commercial outcomes with CFOs and procurement. We're a Series B company building our enterprise sales playbook as we go. You'll help us write it.

Why deepset

At deepset, we’re on a mission to make custom AI solutions accessible to every organization. With Haystack, thousands of developers build advanced LLM applications every day, while our enterprise-ready AI Platform helps companies turn large language models into business value. We’re remote-first, flexible, and built on a culture of trust and ownership. You’ll collaborate with top-tier tech talent, tackle meaningful challenges, and help transform complex AI into solutions that are simple, powerful, and ready for the real world.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, technical demo, evaluation, and close, partnering with our Value Engineer
  • Manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts and hit quarterly ACV targets (€50K–€500K+ deals, land-and-expand)
  • Run technical sales conversations on agent and RAG architectures, retrieval, evaluation, and pipeline orchestration, and handle security and compliance questions directly (SOC 2, EU AI Act, on-prem/VPC)
  • Build multi-threaded relationships from AI engineers to economic buyers, translating technical wins into business cases for CFOs and procurement
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts — security reviews, DPAs, custom MSAs — without losing deal velocity
  • Help build the enterprise GTM motion: feed market signal back to product and marketing, and turn Haystack's open-source community into pipeline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
