A leading and global learning & development consultancy is seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join their high-performing team. Leveraging easily implemented L&D solutions backed by behavioral science and an outstanding consultancy team, the Enterprise AE should own the full sales journey including post contract-signature. Ultimately building a portfolio of clients by connecting them with highly-relevant solutions based on their mission goals.
This position is for somebody with experience in Enterprise sales with at least reasonably complex sales cycles. Whilst my client boasts impressive leadership and Marketing teams, it is essential that this role works fairly independently with an unrelenting and strategic mindset to business development. Thanks to a set-up which allows you to ‘eat what you kill’ from a commercial (not delivery) perspective, a consultative and sticky approach to client work will also be required for your portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
