Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS – London

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 basic + OTE / Benefits

About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS business providing cloud-based technology to large UK and international organisations. Following continued investment and strong customer growth, they are expanding their enterprise sales function.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own complex new-business sales opportunities across strategic accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiation and close, working closely with Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined enterprise territory and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite, technology and operational decision-makers.
  • Run discovery meetings and understand complex customer requirements.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, proposals and commercial presentations.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM.
  • Work with SDR, Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong B2B technology or SaaS sales experience.
  • Track record of closing complex enterprise software deals.
  • Experience selling to senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, presentation and forecasting skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN or similar sales methodologies is advantageous.
