Enterprise Account Executive · United Kingdom (fully remote, UK-based)
The Opportunity
The UK is the single largest installed market in this region for the platform, and the battery storage market here is scaling faster than almost anywhere in Europe. This is the person who owns it end to end. One territory, both product lines, a warm and substantial installed base to grow from, and a genuine seat at a business that has become one of the most recognised names in renewable energy software. The previous owner of this patch has moved on, and there is real urgency to get the right person in front of customers.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own the entire UK territory: new business, account growth, and revenue across both monitoring/control and asset-performance software lines
- Sell into the people actually building and running the UK's energy transition: IPPs, developers, utilities and battery storage operators
- Carry a circa £1.2m ARR number (pro-rated and ramped for a mid-year start), with uncapped commission on a 50/50 split
- Build and own executive relationships, positioning the platform on business value, not features
- Shape how a scaling, acquisition-built business wins in its most commercially significant European market

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like
- A genuine hunter who spends the majority of their time in front of customers, not behind a desk
- Someone from the UK renewable energy world (solar, wind, BESS, grid, energy management) with a real network among asset owners and operators
- Credible in a technical conversation with asset operators and engineers, comfortable holding the room on grid-connected assets without needing to be the deepest technical expert
- Self-managing and accountable in a fully remote role, and genuinely collaborative across an international team
- A closer who can move quickly, not someone who needs a long runway to produce

What Is on Offer
- Full ownership of a flagship territory with a strong existing footprint to build on
- Uncapped earnings and clear upside for consistent performers
- Autonomy and trust, with real cross-functional support from solution architects, sales engineers, marketing and product
- A role at a business that has grown through acquisition into a category leader, with room to make the UK your own
This is a selective search. If you are already succeeding in renewable energy sales and want a territory you can genuinely own, we would like to talk.
