RightCrowd is a dynamic, rapidly expanding company in the Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) industry, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance security and streamline access control processes for a diverse range of enterprise clients.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in the market, we are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in winning net-new logos across the Midwest region.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities at the enterprise level – working closely with industry channel partners to build understanding and generate enterprise sales.

  • Business Development

    • Generate new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
    • Identify and target enterprise-level clients within Europe and the Middle East.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and the competitive landscape.
    • Proactively engage prospects through multiple channels, including calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Understand and explore new markets and verticals.
    • Partner with marketing and management to design campaigns that capitalize on new opportunities.
    • Establish and foster strong relationships with prospects’ key stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and procurement teams.
    • Conduct consultative sales conversations that effectively communicate the value proposition of RightCrowd’s software solutions.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business objectives, organizational structure, and decision-making processes.
    • Collaborate with partners and prospects to understand their specific requirements and tailor proposals to address their unique needs.
  • Sales Process Management

    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through commercial closure.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the features and benefits of RightCrowd’s solutions.
    • Utilize the CRM system and other sales tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
    • Structure multi-year agreements with clients to provide budget and price protection.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with market demands.

  • Sales Performance & Metrics
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets driven by new logo acquisition.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize performance.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working within the security technology industry.
  • Experience selling physical security or cybersecurity software to enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with multi-national and regional Security Integrators and resellers.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving results.
  • A deep competitive spirit and hunger to win.
