Enterprise Account Executive

About WYN
A fast growing AI Native Services London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software and AI spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 24+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers. Our current growth is exceeding 500% Y/Y.
The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the sales cycle across our largest and most strategic prospects. You’ll engage senior decision-makers across enterprise organisations (CIO, CFO, Chief Procurement Officer), uncover complex software spend challenges and lead commercial conversations through to close. You’ll work closely with our founders and commercial team, selling a differentiated proposition that can deliver significant financial value to customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
