About the Role

Anaplan is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our growth and expand our presence in London.

This is an opportunity for a cross-industry or FSI-focused Account Executive with proven success in selling sophisticated technologies to enterprise clients.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive revenue growth by selling Anaplan’s versatile platform to industry leaders, helping them align business strategy and achieve both short-term goals and future-proofing success.
  • Serve as the catalyst for continued expansion, hunting new greenfield accounts while growing existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Lead end-to-end opportunity management from discovery to close—balancing 3-5+ revenue streams.
  • Consultatively solve broken business processes by explaining Anaplan’s value proposition to executives (Director to C-suite, including CFOs, CROs, Supply Chain leads, and Workforce planning teams).
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.

Your Impact

  • Identify and engage targeted prospects by highlighting broken processes and positioning Anaplan as the solution.
  • Thrive in high-stakes environments, persuading sophisticated buyers (VP–SVP level) of the business impact of our platform.
  • Deliver compelling presentations—tailored to key stakeholders—to ensure alignment and drive deals to close.
  • Own forecasting accuracy by applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Altify, Miller Heiman).
  • Expand accounts strategically through cross- and upselling, maximizing customer lifetime value.

Your Qualifications

Core Requirements:

  • Proven consultative sales track record in complex B2B SaaS (or enterprise software) solutions, ideally with Fortune 2000 accounts.
  • Hunting mindset: Results-driven, with a history of overachieving sales targets—aiming for multiple high six-figure (ACV) deals per year.
  • Lean heavily into financial services, industrial, retail, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Background aligning with SVP–VP buyers and delivering high-value proposals.
  • Hands-on experience navigating complex organizations (both partners and internal stakeholders).
  • Subject-matter expertise in Supply Chain Planning, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales Operations to build credibility.
  • Strong opportunity management skills—excelling in qualification, presentations, negotiation, and quote progression.
  • Discipline in monetization—proficiency in forecasting and accurately tracking sales pipelines.

Preferred Tools & Experience:

  • Familiarity with Outreach.ai, Salesforce/SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator advantageous.
  • Confidence with custom sales methodologies (e.g., Altify, MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman).
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics (or equivalent years of experience).
