Enterprise Account Executive – DACH (UK-Based) - SaaS/AI Product Development
Location: United Kingdom (remote/hybrid) — this role is not based in Germany
Compensation: Base up to £140,000 + OTE
Market: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

They're an AI-native software company building the platform that physical-product industries - materials, chemicals, CPG, and life sciences - use to run faster, smarter R&D.
Their customers' scientists and engineers use our product to cut development cycles and get better products to market sooner.
They're growing quickly across Europe and are building out our DACH go-to-market motion from the ground up.
The role
They're hiring a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive to own new business across the DACH region.
You'll run full-cycle enterprise sales into technical, scientific buyers - R&D leaders, heads of innovation, and C-suite stakeholders at manufacturers and product companies across German-speaking Europe.

This is a build role: you'll be one of the first dedicated DACH sellers, shaping territory strategy and messaging as much as executing it.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across DACH, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Sell into technical and scientific buying committees, translating product capability into R&D and business outcomes.
- Build and manage a pipeline against a €1.7m–€2m annual quota.
- Work cross-functionally with solutions engineering, marketing, and leadership to build out the DACH go-to-market playbook.
- Represent the voice of the DACH market internally, feeding customer and competitive insight back into the business.
What we're looking for
- German native speaker, fluent in English, comfortable running full sales cycles in German.
- Based in the UK and eligible to work here without sponsorship.
- A track record as a quota-carrying enterprise seller from a recognized, high-rigor sales organization — the kind of background known for genuine accountability, disciplined process, and strong sales motion (a "sales academy" pedigree).
- Proven success running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- Comfortable selling to technical and scientific buyers and getting up to speed quickly on a technical product.

Nice to have
- A background in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related technical/scientific discipline — this shortens the ramp on the domain, though it's not a requirement.
- Existing network or experience selling into chemicals, materials, CPG, or life sciences industries.
