The Role
Aurasell is seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion. You will work with sales, marketing, partnerships, product, and customer success to help revenue teams modernize their GTM operations with Aurasell.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can understand complex business challenges, communicate the value of an AI-native platform, and consistently create and close qualified opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract execution.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals, events, and partner introductions.
- Develop strong relationships with sales, revenue, marketing, and operations leaders.
- Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand prospects’ GTM processes, business priorities, and technology challenges.
- Demonstrate how Aurasell can replace fragmented tools and improve sales productivity, intelligence, automation, and visibility.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations to multiple stakeholders.
- Build business cases that connect Aurasell’s capabilities to measurable customer outcomes.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and navigate executive-level buying processes.
- Prepare proposals, business cases, commercial terms, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, forecast, and opportunity information.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to advance opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Develop account plans and identify opportunities for expansion within existing customers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or consultative sales role.
- Demonstrated success managing a full-cycle sales process.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota.
- Experience selling to sales, revenue, marketing, operations, or executive stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technology clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience managing multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger or another structured sales methodology.
- Experience working with early stage start-up or high growth companies.
