Enterprise Account Executive – PropTech / B2B SaaS
Location: London
Working model: Full-time, on-site (hybrid working may be considered depending on the candidate's location)
Employment: Permanent
The Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing PropTech company that provides technology solutions helping property businesses digitise and streamline their sales processes.
As part of its continued growth in the UK market, the company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to develop new business and build relationships with senior decision-makers across the property sector.
This is a highly commercial, new-business-focused role for someone who enjoys opening doors, managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline
- Prospect and engage senior decision-makers within target organisations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
- Conduct discovery meetings and understand complex customer requirements
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective clients
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key accounts
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Contribute to the development of the company's UK go-to-market strategy

About You
We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business.
You must have:
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, ERP, CRM or another business software environment
- A strong track record in enterprise or complex solution sales
- Proven new-business / hunting experience
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Confidence managing longer and consultative sales cycles
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A self-starter mentality with a genuine appetite for winning
- Experience working in a target-driven environment

Experience selling technology solutions into the property / real estate sector would be highly advantageous, but strong enterprise software sales experience from another relevant sector will also be considered.
What's on Offer
- Base salary: £60,000–£80,000, plus variable compensation, DOE
- 25 days’ annual leave, in addition to UK bank holidays
- Workplace pension scheme
- Laptop and all necessary work equipment provided
- Annual review of salary and variable compensation
- Permanent, full-time position
- London-based, fully on-site role (hybrid working may be considered depending on the candidate's location)
