Enterprise Account Executive
London | Hybrid, three days per week
£120,000–£190,000 OTE | Stock options
Change how organisations work with AI
Most sales roles ask you to sell a tool. This one asks you to change how organisations think and work.
PAIR helps large organisations turn investment in AI into measurable workforce adoption. We combine expert-led enablement with technology that embeds AI into daily workflows, measures its impact and keeps teams current as the technology evolves.
Our customers include FTSE-listed businesses and leading public-sector organisations. They are not buying generic training or another software licence. They are buying a path to becoming AI-native.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify and close complex enterprise opportunities. You will advise Heads of AI, CTOs and operational leaders, build the commercial case for change and agree measurable outcomes before the deal closes.
This is a chance to help build a category, influence our go-to-market strategy and create enterprise relationships that expand over time.
The opportunity
- OTE: £120,000–£190,000 at 100% of quota (uncapped)
- Sales cycle: Six weeks to nine months
- Equity: Stock options
This is a new-business role. Around 80% of pipeline will be self-generated, supported by marketing, leadership and partnerships.
What you will do
- Build and convert a focused enterprise pipeline within your assigned accounts or verticals.
- Lead discovery that uncovers workflows, constraints, AI readiness and stakeholder dynamics.
- Translate customer challenges into measurable outcomes such as time saved, improved quality and reduced risk.
- Navigate C-suite, HR, IT, Security, Operations, Procurement and Legal stakeholders.
- Use rigorous qualification, mutual action plans and accurate forecasting to maintain momentum.
- Build proposals and statements of work that connect commercial terms to adoption outcomes.
- Partner with our AI Adoption and Customer Success teams to create customers that renew and expand.
- Share market insight that improves PAIR’s messaging, product and go-to-market approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you
You communicate clearly at executive level, ask thoughtful questions and simplify complex ideas without overselling them. You are comfortable operating autonomously, while knowing when to involve colleagues and subject-matter experts.

You also care about closing well. You understand that strong qualification, clearly agreed outcomes and a thoughtful handover are essential to retention and expansion.
We are looking for evidence of:
- Consistent success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Discovery-led, consultative selling
- Individual quota achievement and disciplined pipeline management
- Confidence with executive, technical and procurement stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement across proposals and negotiations
