We are searching for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive
To join one of the world’s leading global systems integrators and help expand its strategic resourcing offering across major enterprise and financial services customers.
This is a genuine sales and opportunity development role. You will work alongside established Client Directors, using existing senior relationships and account intelligence to identify, qualify and close Time and Materials opportunities from individual specialist requirements through to large-scale technology teams and strategic workforce programmes.
You will not be responsible for sourcing candidates. A dedicated recruitment delivery function will fulfil the requirements, while an engagement team manages contractors once deployed. Your focus will remain firmly on building relationships, opening opportunities and growing revenue.
What you will be doing:
- Hunting for new T&M opportunities across established enterprise customer accounts.
- Building relationships with technology, transformation, procurement and business leaders.
- Identifying workforce gaps that can be solved through specialist contractors or project teams.
- Leading client discovery meetings to understand technology programmes, resource requirements and delivery challenges.
- Developing compelling resourcing proposals, workforce plans and commercial solutions.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Working closely with Client Directors, delivery teams and strategic partners to convert opportunities into successful placements.
- Growing smaller requirements into larger, long-term strategic engagements.
- Supporting the development of solutions ranging from contingent resourcing through to outcome-led and Statement of Work services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
