👋 We are Attensi, a global leader in gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve grown from a Norwegian start-up into an international technology company, with our solutions now used by some of the world’s biggest organisations across more than 150 countries.
Our customers include brands such as Starbucks, Circle K, PwC, Zurich Insurance, Oliver Wyman, BSH and Boehringer Ingelheim — and we’re continuing to grow quickly across the UK, Europe and internationally.
We’re now looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive/Business Development Director to join our commercial team in London.
The role
This is a senior individual-contributor sales role focused on winning new enterprise customers. You’ll own the sales process from identifying and creating opportunities through to discovery, developing the solution, navigating the buying process, negotiating and ultimately closing new business.
You’ll primarily sell into organisations across Consumer Goods and Financial & Professional Services, with the opportunity to work across either or both markets depending on your experience and where the strongest opportunities sit.
We’re looking for an experienced B2B salesperson who has already demonstrated that they can win complex new business and wants to continue building their career around what they do best: selling.
At Attensi, that means more than running product demonstrations or following a rigid sales script. Our salespeople work with senior stakeholders to understand what is happening inside their organisations, uncover meaningful business problems and shape solutions around their specific needs. You’ll need to be commercially curious, credible with senior customers and comfortable creating momentum in complex enterprise sales cycles.
What you'll own
Your focus will be new customer acquisition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience selling into Financial Services, Professional Services or Consumer Goods would be valuable, but we're primarily interested in your ability to sell successfully into complex B2B organisations.
The type of salesperson who succeeds at Attensi
Our strongest commercial people combine structure with curiosity. They know how to manage a sales process, but they’re also comfortable thinking beyond it. They ask good questions. They listen. They challenge customers appropriately. They can simplify complex ideas. They understand the commercial context behind a problem and know how to create momentum without forcing it. They’re competitive and ambitious, but collaborative enough to bring the right people into a deal when it improves the outcome. And above all, they enjoy selling.
Why Attensi?
Attensi gives you the opportunity to sell something genuinely differentiated to some of the world's largest organisations. Our solutions are highly visual, engaging and easy for customers to understand, but the problems we solve can be complex — meaning there is plenty of room for great salespeople to make an impact. You'll join an ambitious international commercial organisation with colleagues across London, Oslo and Boston, major global customers and significant opportunity for continued growth. If you have a strong enterprise new-business track record and want a role where you can take real ownership of winning customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Are you a Game Changer?
