Regional Sales Lead – UKI & Europe

AI-Powered SaaS | Infrastructure & Capital Projects | Series A, Category-Defining

London (hybrid)

Our client is a fast-scaling, AI-powered software platform reshaping how major capital projects, from data centres to industrial infrastructure are planned, scheduled, and delivered. Backed by leading venture investors, the business has tripled revenue year-on-year since launch and already counts several of the world's largest technology and infrastructure names (Nvidia, OpenAI, Microsoft Infrastructure) among its clients. A substantial Series A is behind it, with a further raise on the horizon.

This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity to own new logo acquisition and account growth across the UK, Ireland, and broader European market at a genuine inflection point for the business.

The Opportunity

Global infrastructure investment is entering a multi-decade supercycle, with data centres, power grids, and digital infrastructure among the defining capital programmes of the next five years. Our client's platform is fast becoming the operating system for these projects, and this hire will sit at the centre of the European commercial engine, not a satellite role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
