Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI.

We build real, production-ready agentic systems that reshape how banks, advisers and financial services firms operate, replacing fragmented processes with intelligent, end-to-end workflows.

We have been recognised as Fintech of the Year for two consecutive years and awarded Best Specialist Technology Service at the Professional Adviser Awards 2025. Backed by leading investors including Puma Private Equity, and commercially supported by Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide Building Society, we previously completed one of Scotland’s largest Series A rounds. Since then, we’ve continued to grow rapidly as adoption of AI in financial services accelerates, and we’re now scaling our engineering organisation to meet that demand.

Summary

With an already impressive roster of customers, we’re growing fast and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us expand our reach. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and expand relationships with enterprise-level Financial Services firms. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with internal teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that drive real business impact. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about AI-driven transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, running trials and converting deals.
  • Working to achieve (and overachieve!) both new business and account growth revenue targets; your focus is to secure new enterprise customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Engaging with senior decision-makers – work with C-level executives, risk, compliance, and technology leaders to position Aveni’s AI platform as a strategic asset.
  • Working side by side with our Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to make sure the prospects and customers in your portfolio adopt and grow with Aveni
  • Spearheading market expansion by entering new customer segments and use cases, collaborating cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
  • Becoming an AI expert – developing deep knowledge of AI applications in Financial Services to provide thought leadership and value to prospects and customers.
  • Travelling (mostly within the UK) - whilst we work remotely, we strive to meet our prospects and customers face-to-face, plus we regularly sponsor and attend industry events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
