About Elyos AI

We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our agents answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM in the same way a human would.

We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 batch. Our founders spent four months in San Francisco living and breathing AI. Since then, we’ve been growing revenue ~30% month on month and shipping fast. It’s been wild so far - and we’re just getting started. We recently raised a $13m series A to turbocharge our growth.

Why this role exists

Elyos started with owner-operated trades businesses, and that engine is flying. But the biggest opportunity in front of us is enterprise: housing associations, PE-backed trades rollups, national maintenance and FM groups, and multi-site field service operators. These organisations handle enormous call volumes, run complex operations across dozens of locations, and feel the cost of every missed call and no-access visit at scale.

Our founders have been closing these deals directly: building trust, running pilots, and expanding site by site. Your job is to take that founder-led motion and turn it into a repeatable, scalable enterprise engine that you own end to end.

This is not a high-volume transactional sales role. It's a foundational enterprise role where you'll shape how Elyos wins, deploys, and grows inside large organisations.

What You'll Do

The role spans two tightly connected tracks. Success means owning both.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own relationships with enterprise accounts: housing associations, PE-backed rollups, franchise networks, and national field service groups (multi-site, multi-region).
  • Navigate complex buying committees: operations directors, contact centre leaders, IT, procurement, and investors.
  • Design phased entry models: pilots, limited rollouts, and structured expansion plans.
  • Run 3-6 month expansion cycles, proving value site by site and region by region.
  • Turn founder-led wins into a repeatable playbook that others can run as we scale the team.

Enterprise deployment & value realisation

How Elyos proves impact and earns trust at scale

  • Work with customers as design partners, shaping how Elyos is deployed across large, complex organisations.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to influence roadmap, packaging, security, and rollout strategy.
  • Define and communicate enterprise ROI: call capture, booked jobs, reduced no-access rates, and operational reliability.
  • Translate outcomes into executive-ready narratives for leadership teams, boards, and PE stakeholders.
  • Drive durable expansion across portfolios once value is proven.

Who You Are

  • Customer-obsessed: You start with the customer. You empathise with their needs, ask the right questions, and build with their success in mind.
  • Biased for action: You try stuff. You move quickly, experiment often, and aren't afraid to learn in public.
  • Owner's mindset: You don't wait for permission. You take responsibility for outcomes and raise the bar for the whole team.
  • A systems thinker: You enjoy designing repeatable motions, not bespoke one-offs. You want to build the playbook, not inherit one.
  • Ambitious & bold: You think big and take bets. You're excited by markets and deal sizes others might shy away from.
  • Care deeply: You give a shit about the quality of your work. If a deal or a deployment isn't great, it nags at you until you make it better.

  • Bias toward outcomes: adoption, expansion, and real revenue.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in field services, FM, social housing, utilities, or adjacent industries.
  • Familiarity with AI, voice, or contact centre technology.
