Enterprise Account Executive £100k-£150k base salary £200k-£300k+ OTE (x2, uncapped) + equity options & benefits 10-20% commission per deal AI Startup West London, hybrid (3/2 split)

At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a rapidly scaling AI startup, hiring Enterprise Account Executives to join their GTM team.

This startup has built its own proprietary AI model, so there’s a real technical moat, and sells exclusively to enterprise customers.

Deal sizes are minimum multi-six-figures. Despite it being a highly complex, technical and multi-threaded sales process, they close with real velocity.

If you’re an Enterprise AE, wanting to join an AI startup with proven enterprise capability, where you can sell to some of the world's largest companies, this could be for you.

About the Role

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Manage end to end sales process, from origination to close.
  • Be totally comfortable building your own pipeline, although you’ll also get inbound leads.
  • Confidently manage deal processes, knowing who to bring in and when for maximum impact.
  • Engage confidently with C-level buyers at FTSE100 & Fortune500 customers.
  • Remain laser focused maximising velocity and getting deals closed.
  • Immediately post implementation, get to work on expansion, building 7-8 figure accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

  • A proven track record of exceeding personal revenue targets, for at least the last 3 years, in a sales-led environment.

  • Clear evidence of working with velocity. You’ll need to show you’ve been closing 5-6+ enterprise deals per year, not 1-2.
  • Real executive presence, confident engaging with C-level execs at FTSE100 / Fortune500 customers.
  • Ideally an early grounding in a best-in-class sales environment with formal sales training.
  • Ideally previous experience in an early stage sales environment, operating without structure, playbooks or guardrails.
