High-growth technology business providing AI-powered e-learning and skills solutions to large enterprise organisations. Helps businesses develop critical capabilities and prepare their workforce for rapid technological change. Entering an exciting stage of growth with continued investment across its AI-enabled learning proposition and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
About the role
Senior new business role focused primarily on winning large enterprise organisations. Build and own enterprise pipeline from scratch through proactive outbound, strategic account targeting and existing networks. Sell complex AI-powered learning, skills and workforce transformation solutions into large, multi-stakeholder organisations. Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across HR, Learning, Technology, Risk, Operations and Executive Leadership. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through discovery, commercials, negotiation and close. Work closely with Product and Leadership to influence positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy.

Your previous experience
Strong track record of winning new enterprise customers within e-learning or workforce transformation. Comfortable self-generating pipeline rather than relying heavily on inbound leads or SDR support. Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders. Exposure to e-learning, LXP, skills intelligence, workforce transformation, AI or talent technology would be particularly relevant. Self-motivated and comfortable working within a fast-moving, evolving growth environment.

London/Hybrid
£100,000-£130,000 (depending on experience) plus double OTE
