Enterprise Account Executive – AI / PropTech

Location: London
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation: £70k base + £127.5k target cash at quota + Equity

I'm working with a venture-backed AI software company that's building something genuinely different within the institutional real estate market.

Following an €8m funding round and strong early customer traction, they're now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help build and scale their UK business.

About the Role

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature territory and wait for SDRs or marketing to fill your diary. They need a hunter and builder.

Someone who can identify the right enterprise accounts, open senior-level conversations, create opportunities where there may not already be an active buying process, and navigate complex sales cycles through to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target enterprise accounts within the institutional/commercial real estate market.
  • Open and maintain senior-level conversations.
  • Create new opportunities and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Navigate sales processes to achieve successful closes.
  • Work closely with the CCO and founders to influence GTM strategy.
  • Help establish an AI-led platform within one of the world's largest asset classes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Requirements

You must have experience selling technology, software, data, or complex solutions into the institutional/commercial real estate market. This includes experience with:

  • Real Estate Asset Managers
  • Institutional Investors / Investment Managers
  • Fund Managers
  • Property Owners / Operators
  • REITs
  • Real Estate Investment or Advisory businesses

You'll need to understand how these organizations operate, be credible with senior decision-makers, and ideally have relationships within the UK real estate ecosystem.

Additionally, you should demonstrate:

  • Personally creating enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
  • Winning new logos rather than relying predominantly on inbound or inherited accounts.
  • Owning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Selling to senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • A strong track record against commercial targets.
  • The autonomy and mindset to succeed in an early-stage, high-growth environment.

Experience within PropTech, real estate software, data/analytics, investment technology, or AI would be particularly relevant.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: £70k
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £128k target cash at Year 1 quota
  • Commission: Uncapped commission + accelerators
  • Equity: VSOP equity

Transparency

If you haven't sold into institutional/commercial real estate stakeholders, this won't be the right role, and unfortunately, we won't be able to progress your application.

If you have the sector credibility and are the type of salesperson who would rather create a market than inherit one, I'd like to hear from you.
