Enterprise Account Executive – AI PropTech / Smart Buildings
£90k–£100k base + OTE
UK (Predominantly remote)
I'm working with a high-growth, VC-backed AI PropTech business looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive as they continue to expand their UK presence.
The company has achieved 200%+ ARR growth and is investing heavily in AI, building a platform that brings together building systems and real-time data to automate operations, optimise energy usage, and reduce costs across large commercial real estate portfolios.
The role
You'll be responsible for driving new enterprise business across the UK, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close. You'll be selling into REITs, property developers, portfolio owners, and large corporate real estate teams, working with senior stakeholders on complex, consultative sales cycles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
