Enterprise Account Executive | UK London

£100K–£125K base | Enterprise SaaS | £150K+ deal ambition | Major UK logos | High-growth GTM rebuild

Join a fast-growing European SaaS scale-up at a pivotal point in its UK expansion. With strong product-market fit, established enterprise customers and a newly rebuilt commercial leadership team, they’re looking for an Enterprise AE who wants serious ownership of a mature but underpenetrated market.

You’ll have direct access to senior leadership, strong Solution Engineering and domain support, and the opportunity to progress quickly as the commercial organisation scales.

The Role

You’ll own full-cycle Enterprise sales across a defined UK vertical, selling a multi-module SaaS platform into large, operationally complex organisations. The business is actively moving upmarket, growing from roughly £50K deals today towards £150K+ strategic opportunities with 6+ month sales cycles. This is a genuine hunting role. You’ll create a significant portion of your own pipeline, navigate multiple stakeholders and sell consultatively into operational leaders, C-suite and economic buyers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
