Enterprise Account Executive — UK & Ireland
Remote (UK/Ireland based) | Full-time
About the opportunity
Join a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS scale-up as they build out their UK & Ireland commercial team. The company has built a category-leading, no-code compliance platform enhanced with embedded agentic AI — giving customers a level of flexibility and speed of adaptation that larger, legacy competitors simply can't match. They're investing heavily in AI and scaling their commercial team over the next 18–24 months.
The role
As Enterprise AE for UK & Ireland, you'll own new business generation and full-cycle sales into large organisations (1,000+ employees, typically €150–200m+ turnover), with deal sizes ranging around €100k+. The role is new-business led (roughly 70/30 new vs. expansion), with account management responsibilities for the deals you close.

What we're looking for
- 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a genuine, provable track record of closing complex deals on time
- A firm, commercially assertive style — someone who can create urgency and hold a customer accountable without burning the relationship
- Strong business-case and negotiation skills; comfortable navigating long enterprise cycles without letting them drift
- Experience selling into regulated, compliance-driven, or risk-conscious industries is a strong plus
- A hunter mentality paired with the discipline to manage your own patch
- Calm, organised and self-sufficient — you'll thrive in a lean, fast-moving team where you carry real ownership
- Comfortable working remotely with regular travel to customers (up to ~50%)

What's on offer
- Base salary: circa £80,000 - £85,000
- Variable compensation: 60 / 40 split reaching a potential OTE of £150,000
