Job Description
At Conduct, you will own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for the world's largest enterprises. Moving beyond simple signatures, you’ll manage complex, high-ACV sales cycles from first contact through multi-year partnership expansion. You will build the sales engine while navigating technical deep dives and stakeholder qualification for mission-critical AI infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Execute full sales cycles including multi-stakeholder qualification, technical pilots, and steering committee presentations to close complex enterprise deals.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists post-signature to ensure deep product adoption and grow initial landings into multi-year strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate directly with the product team to translate customer feedback into new features while building scalable outbound motion playbooks.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing complex, high-ACV deals in technical domains.
- Demonstrates high technical curiosity and executive presence, capable of leading deep-dive conversations with enterprise IT teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in an environment without a finished playbook where ownership extends far beyond the initial contract signature.
