The Job Hunting Process Reimagined: Jumpstart

The job hunting process is challenging, so we flipped it on its head. With Jumpstart, Enterprise Account Executive roles at high-growth Health Tech startups find you.

If you've carried a quota, beaten it, and want your next role to come with real ownership, Jumpstart is for you.

How Does It Work?

We help experienced salespeople land roles at the UK's most exciting VC-backed startups and scaleups.

  • Enterprise Account Executive roles at VC-backed Health Tech startups looking for people with 3+ years' experience and a strong track record, who are ready to take a startup or scaleup to the next level.
  • Founders pitch to you: as a Jumpstarter once said, "you can't get vibes from a job description." Founder videos show you the role, the team, and what they actually need before you commit to a conversation.
  • Startups apply to you: alongside two-click applications, companies that like your profile send you interview requests. 80% of candidates get at least one.
  • No recruiters in the middle: when the interest is mutual, we introduce you straight to the founder or hiring lead.
  • Respect for your time: a CV and a 30-minute screening call. No case studies, no take-home tasks.
  • Ongoing career growth: you'll join the Jumpstart community (the "best startup community in London"), with mentorship, events, and more long after you've signed.
  • On average it takes 4-6 weeks to land an offer. You can run the process alongside your current role, and hide your profile from your current employer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

The exact role depends on the startup, but an Enterprise Account Executive at a VC-backed Health Tech startup will typically involve:

  • Owning the full sales cycle for new accounts, from pipeline to close.
  • Focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder deals with bigger contracts and longer sales cycles.
  • A quota-carrying role with meaningful commission and upside.
  • Full ownership of GTM for your accounts: you decide how to grow and close your pipeline.
  • Contributing to overall company strategy and direction.

Compensation: £60-120k OTE typical, with some roles up to £140k OTE, plus equity (DOE).

Companies on the platform include VC-backed Health Tech startups, plus a wider set of VC-backed startups in other sectors. Keep an open mind: at a startup, the founder and the team matter far more than the industry.

Is Jumpstart Right for Me?

You've got 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role and a track record of hitting or beating target. Startup or scaleup experience is strongly preferred. We're hiring for four backgrounds:

  • Full-cycle AE: you've owned the sales process end to end, from generating pipeline to closing, and you hit your number consistently.
  • Founding salesperson: you were an early sales hire, built pipeline without a playbook, and helped shape how the company sells.
  • Post-sales operator: you're an experienced Account Manager or CSM who knows how to retain, expand, and grow strategic accounts.
  • Senior SDR: you've got a strong track record in an outbound role and you're ready for the step up.

How Do I Apply?

  • Apply in 2 mins on our website.
  • 30-minute call with the Jumpstart team.
  • Complete your Jumpstart profile and get exclusive access to high-growth startup sales roles.
