DUBAI BASED ROLE. Relocation would be required but with highly competitive, tax free salary package.

Company Profile:

Property Finder is the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, dedicated to shaping an inclusive future for real estate while spearheading the region’s growing tech ecosystem. As a Product Led Tech Unicorn we are a lighthouse technology company in the Region.

Role Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of Property Finder’s most strategic enterprise customers, with accountability for retention, revenue growth, and long-term customer value. Operating as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders within major real estate businesses, you will develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, identify opportunities to increase value and adoption, and build strategic account plans that drive sustainable growth. This is a high-impact commercial role requiring strong enterprise account management, consultative selling, commercial judgement, and the ability to use data and AI to uncover opportunities and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with accountability for retention, renewals, expansion, and revenue growth across Property Finder’s suite of AI enabled SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify growth opportunities, commercial risks, key stakeholders, and clear actions to expand customer value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and executives, positioning Property Finder as a strategic business partner rather than simply a technology provider.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ commercial priorities, operating models, challenges, and growth ambitions to identify opportunities where Property Finder can create measurable business impact.
  • Lead renewal and commercial negotiations, balancing customer value, long-term partnership, and Property Finder’s commercial objectives.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying environments involving multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and commercial priorities.
  • Use customer, product, market, and performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and build compelling commercial recommendations and business cases.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews with customers, translating performance insights into clear recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear view of account health, proactively identifying and mitigating retention or revenue risks.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce, with clear visibility of renewals, expansion opportunities, risks, and expected revenue.
  • Partner closely with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to solve customer challenges and unlock commercial opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve account research, opportunity identification, customer insights, commercial preparation, and personal productivity.
  • Stay informed on developments in AI, SaaS, PropTech, and the wider real estate ecosystem, translating relevant trends into opportunities for customers and Property Finder.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
