Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers across international markets.

This is a senior commercial role for someone who can operate at the executive level, navigate complex global organizations, and uncover opportunities to expand existing relationships. You will own the commercial relationship with key accounts while partnering cross-functionally to ensure customers continue to see significant value.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly proactive, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than simply managing inbound requests.

This role offers uncapped commission on incremental revenue generated through account expansion and new business.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise accounts across multiple countries and regions
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, priorities, and objectives
  • Create and execute strategic account plans focused on retention and revenue growth
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities
  • Expand relationships into new regions, business units, teams, and stakeholders
  • Lead commercial conversations, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proactively identify account risks and develop strategies to protect and grow revenue
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecast
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to drive customer outcomes
  • Represent the company confidently in executive-level customer meetings
  • Bring customer insights back to internal teams to help improve our products and commercial strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
