The platform integrates 190+ AI agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. Each agent is tied to measurable KPIs, ensuring real outcomes in just 3–6 months across 1,300+ Global Enterprises.
Location: Germany (Remote) | London - 5 days a week in the office | Amsterdam - 5 days a week in the office) Travel: Up to 50% (Client Sites)
The Account Executive (aka Digital Transformation Advisor)
The Account Executive (aka Digital Transformation Advisor) is responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with finance leaders across the DACH region to showcase how our AI-powered solutions can transform their financial operations.
Your Day-to-Day
- Critical member of a consultative sales team with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities with your assigned accounts
- Maintain expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to ensure current and potential new customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
- Aggressively drive the development of the sales pipeline by prospecting and performing outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications.
- Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook
- Attend industry events, such as user groups, tradeshows and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers
- Conduct research on competitors, market and industry trends
- Ability to articulate abstract ideas clearly and provide a robust business case for new initiatives with customers

What you’ll need to be successful
- Must be fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field is desired
- 5+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS industry.
- Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
- Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques
- Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time
