Enterprise AE | Hybrid in London | Up to £250k OTE + Equity

Do you want to build the UK market for one of Europe's fastest growing startups, shortly after a 9-figure investment round? This is your chance!

The Role

In this role, you will work with the team to uplift the average deal size from £50k to £150k. This is a genuine hunter role with significant ownership over your territory.

You'll help re-write the playbook for successful enterprise sales in the UKI. You'll sell into major organisations across industries including Retail & CPG, Financial Services, Travel, Manufacturing, Utilities and Healthcare & Pharma.

What will you be doing?

  • Winning new Enterprise logos and developing strategic accounts.
  • Generating a significant proportion of your own pipeline through outbound.
  • Selling consultatively to C-suite executives, senior functional leaders and economic buyers.
  • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting through close.
  • Developing and closing six-and-seven-figure deals.
  • Using methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar.
  • Partnering with BDR, Marketing, Solution Engineering and domain specialists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
