Founding Enterprise Account Executive | AI / RegTech | London | £120k Base + 2x OTE + Equity (+/- 10% DOE)
We're working with an early-stage, venture-backed AI company that's building technology to transform how financial institutions manage regulatory compliance.
Rather than being another traditional GRC platform, they're using AI agents and regulatory intelligence to automate complex compliance workflows for some of the world's largest financial institutions.
The business has already secured significant enterprise traction and is now at an exciting point of growth, with plans to scale its commercial team across the UK and Europe. They're looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to join at a genuinely pivotal stage.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature territory, a huge SDR function and a well-established sales playbook.
You'll be one of the key commercial hires, working closely with the founders and helping define how the company sells, who it sells to and how it scales.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the full sales cycle, from generating your own pipeline through to close.
- Selling an innovative AI / RegTech solution into Tier 1 banks and financial institutions.
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Innovation and Transformation.
- Running complex, consultative enterprise sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Translating complicated AI and regulatory use cases into clear commercial value.
- Working closely with the founders to build and refine the company's GTM strategy and sales playbook.
- Helping shape the commercial function as the business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
