Location: London, UK
Salary: Up to £110k base + double OTE
Build the enterprise sales motion for an AI-native finance platform transforming how global finance teams operate
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience within high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Proven track record closing complex Mid-Market and Enterprise deals, including six-figure wins
- Experience selling into the Office of the CFO or finance function is essential
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Ability to run strategic discovery, build business cases, and sell value to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable generating pipeline and building territory strategy from the ground up
- Commercially driven with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with ownership, autonomy, and ambiguity

About the Role:
Join at a pivotal stage as the business moves from founder-led sales into a scalable enterprise GTM motion. You’ll play a key role in defining how strategic deals are won, expanded, and repeated.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Sell into CFOs and senior finance leaders across enterprise organisations
- Build relationships across Finance, IT, Procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans and manage complex enterprise opportunities
- Lead discovery, value-based conversations, negotiations, and deal execution
