Enterprise Account Executive
We’re growing our Sales team and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand PERSUIT’s footprint across EMEA. You’ll work with the legal teams of large corporates and private equity firms, helping identify and develop the strongest opportunities across the region.
Based in London and reporting to our VP of Enterprise Sales, you’ll work closely with our UK Business Development team and broader go-to-market organization. This is a true new business role: you’ll build and develop your pipeline, establish relationships with senior decision-makers, and own opportunities from the first conversation through to signature.
PERSUIT helps in-house legal teams source, manage, and pay for outside legal work. Our platform includes Sourcing, e-Billing, Price Benchmarking, and Persi, our AI assistant, and is used by many of the world’s leading legal departments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and build relationships with large corporates and private equity firms across EMEA, generating new opportunities through proactive outbound efforts alongside support from our Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Build Relationships within Private Equity: Engage General Counsel, COOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders at private equity firms, demonstrating how PERSUIT can deliver value both at the fund level and across portfolio companies.
- Partner with Corporate Legal Teams: Build trusted relationships with General Counsel, Legal Operations leaders, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through demos, business cases, pricing, negotiation, and close, bringing in internal partners where they can add value.
- Develop Your Territory: Build and evolve a thoughtful territory plan across EMEA, identifying the markets, sectors, and segments with the strongest opportunities and partnering with Sales leadership on where to focus.
- Build and Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to support your targets while keeping HubSpot accurate and up to date to enable effective forecasting.
- Partner with Business Development: Work closely with our Business Development team on target accounts, outreach strategies, and seamless handoffs from initial engagement into the sales process.
- Stay Close to the Market: Keep up with trends across legal technology, Legal Operations, private equity, and the broader enterprise landscape to ensure your outreach and client conversations are relevant and timely.
- Collaborate Across PERSUIT: Partner with colleagues across our broader GTM and Product teams to deliver a strong prospect experience and bring insights from the market back into the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
