About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive, English role at NinjaOne is a strategic sales role responsible for driving revenue growth within large, complex accounts through the full sales cycle, from territory planning and prospecting to consultative engagement, deal structuring, and closing. This is a trusted-advisor role: you'll work with senior stakeholders to align NinjaOne's solutions to solve their IT operational challenges and align with their business objectives, contributing significantly to NinjaOne's enterprise growth.

Location - remote in the United Kingdom (North, e.g. Edinburgh, Glasgow)

What You’ll be Doing

  • Own and execute full sales cycles, from prospecting to deal close
  • Build and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline against territory/quota targets
  • Identify key decision-makers and navigate procurement processes within large internal IT organizations
  • Conduct territory planning to prioritize and sequence account engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client strategic goals and mapping NinjaOne's solutions to their needs
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
  • Accurately forecast opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (SEs, CSMs, marketing, channel, SDRs) to support deal progression and feedback market/product insight
  • Other duties as needed

About You

  • 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with full sales-cycle ownership
  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions preferred
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with value-based/solution selling and enterprise account planning
  • Comfortable using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and forecasting
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota
  • Strong active listening and consultative presentation skills, especially in procurement-heavy sales environments
  • English fluency only
